Customers with USA billing addresses will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping. However, a credit card authorization hold occurs at the time the order is placed. Credit card customers with non-USA billing addresses will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

Credit card payment declined?

There are several reasons that might explain why:

  • The amount of the transaction exceeds the account’s available credit limit.
  • The card on file was either renewed or voided and is no longer active.
  • The issuing bank has not released the initial authorization, even though The Streaming Center has already voided it and started the process of reversing the auth. If this is the case, it can take up to 72 business hours for the funds to be put back into a customer’s account. Please contact your bank to request that they remove the credit card authorization or to find out why they are declining the charge.

If you believe any of the above issues are preventing your order from being completed, please reach out to your bank for further instructions and directions.

PayPal & PayPal Credit

We accept PayPal payments via our website only; payments processed using PayPal will be charged immediately (as opposed to when your order ships). PayPal will automatically select your default Shipping Address. You may choose another if you wish, or update this upon your return to our Web Site.

PayPal Credit may now only be accessed from within your PayPal Account. If you have not yet merged the two, you will need to create an account. To learn more please click here.

Please note: PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods. Please also be aware: We do not accept eChecks (bank account payments) via PayPal unless you have a valid credit card attached to your account (for backup purposes). This also applies to payments made exclusively from your PayPal balance. PayPal may therefore ask you to add a valid credit card to your account for you to complete your order with us.

 

Return Policy & Instructions

Due to Covid -19 any items that may have been handled by a person can not be returned as they can not be cleaned properly without damaging the product. 

15-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to The Streaming Center within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

 

You may initiate a return or exchange through our ticket system at www.Radiowebserver.com.

1 Fill Out A Online Return Form

Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by filling out the online form that will be emailed to you.

2 Pack Your Item Properly

Place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged.

3 Ship Your Item with Return Label

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

 

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, The Streaming Center reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. The Streaming Center can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Nonreturnable Items

  • Opened TVs, combos and monitors 37″ and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Opened audio or video equipment — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Any computers built or modified by The Streaming Center to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
  • Due to Covid -19 any items that may have been handled by a person can not be returned as they can not be cleaned properly without damaging the product. 

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 14 business days after the date of return. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability

The Streaming Center is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. The Streaming Center is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranties & Manufacturers

All items sold by The Streaming Center are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor, except “direct import”—a.k.a. IMP—items. All items requiring repair (other than IMP) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. We are not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

For IMP items only, we provide a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.

Used equipment is covered under a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY The Streaming Center.

The Streaming Center will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. The Streaming Center’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
